She wears the same boots as in Seasons this being seen in Cold Sweat where when an embarrassing childhood Halloween photo of her is seen, she is wearing big black boots in the picture. Her Season 4 outfit is like her sports clothes consisting of a dark gray blouse and dark pants. In regard to Yumi's personality, her instant trademark is how she is shown to always prefer black clothes, basically the American goth look with a black sweater, black pants, and black boots. She has even planned later to return to her roots. She attributes a lot of importance to her origins, being more than proud of her Japanese heritage which can be seen when she firmly asserts her ethnic background as Japanese. Having been raised among traditional Japanese values, she shows complete respect for her parents, sometimes even to excess. Yumi was born in Kyoto, Japan, although her family immigrated to France when she was just an infant. ![]() ![]() To make it as easy to use as possible, we developed the Challenger Sale eWorkbook in OneNote format. Using The Challenger Sale Commercial Teaching Template So … being a content sharing minded bunch … we decided to share the Challenger Sale eWorkbook love with everyone. They, too, found it was a valuable tool for their own sales efforts. The approach not only worked well for meetings with prospects, but also for the many webinars and live events we are asked to deliver presentations for.Īnd we started to share the Challenger eWorkbook Template with a few of our partners and clients. The Challenger Commercial Teaching eWorkbook and TemplateĪfter developing a few of these new presentations, we found they were so effective that we developed our own internal eWorkbook template so we could develop Challenger presentations rapidly, and using a consistent process. If you’ve done an exceptional job with pre-listening, then you will understand the prospect's situation (with the goal of understanding some parts of it even better than they understand it themselves), you’ll form a connection by teaching them something that they are not hearing from your competitors, and you will know you’ve been successful when they engage with you to provide more information (listen, understand, connect, know – that’s The LUCK Principle). At C5 Insight we call this "pre-listening." A bit more on how to do this is included in the downloadable template. In other words, customers expect you to have listened to them before you’ve ever talked to them. ![]() And they value learning something new that challenges their view of how to get results in their business. If they are going to take the time to meet with you, they expect you to show up with extensive knowledge about them already. ![]() These time constrained individuals don’t have time to talk to a rep about “what keeps them up at night.” And the internet has given them access to much of the information they used to depend on sales reps to provide. In today's world, listening often begins long before a first interaction with a prospective customer – particularly when that prospect is a senior executive. And we quickly realized that the approach didn’t conflict with listening to customers but, in fact, it reinforced it while re-framing pre-conceived notions of how listening works in the sales process. We followed the directions in the book to develop an initial “Challenger Training Deck”. So … being an analytically minded bunch … we put it to the test. Some were warmer to it, but many others rejected any notion that a rep should do more talking than listening in an initial conversation. I posed a question to a LinkedIn sales group – asking what they thought about the concept. So … being a social collaboration bunch … we asked LinkedIn! The book suggested that, in many cases, the first interaction with a prospective buyer might be to take control of the conversation and train the prospect rather than listening to them. But The Challenger Sale seemed to contradict this. ![]() In our view, building relationships always started with listening (the “L” in LUCK). Many years before reading the book, we had developed The LUCK Principle(TM) based on what we had learned about business relationships (with customers, employees and leaders). The Role of Listening in The Challenger Sale Process In the process, we developed a template that we use to develop our own Challenger Sale presentations - you can download it using the link at the end of this article. Instead of having to place each characters on a room, just a simple portrait on the side is enough I like how creative when getting each of their alibis. Having sound effects help emphasize what the characters are feeling and saying I just realized how important sound effects are to convey what the characters are feeling. I think the FTE dialogue would be better in the Prologue Chapter and have new dialogue for Chapter 1 FTEs that help us get to know these characters. I never really got to know who these people are. When I read through all the characters' FTEs in Chapter 1, they all say what they feel about the "game" and situation they're in. The others just kind of say what they are. Hawke has the most dialogue and "feels" like a person. ![]() ![]() ![]() If the creator allows you to download videos, you can download the content. ![]() ![]() Some of his reviews can be very questionable at times. He actively makes misleadingly inflammatory videos of certain subjects, such as him explaining why it should be ok to pirate Nintendo's games. He loves loves loves diving head first into controversial shitstorms like the whole GamerGate flame war and made some "strong" opinions. It's like he knows he's going to set people off, then once said audience is angry, he immediately steps back, then positions himself as some kind of beacon of moral superiority, adopting the whole " woe is me these crazy fanboys are attacking me" victim thing, effectively delegitimizing any counter criticism towards him, while smiling at the camera with a nod and a wink. The problem is how he frames those opinions with an air of self-entitled smugness. I think we can all agree that Jim having an opinion isn't the problem. I don't know.īut there's just something about Jim that just rubs people the wrong way. Probably because Yahtzee maintains a sense of self-awareness or puts his comedy first. Most of the internet adores Yahtzee's Zero Punctuation series and even agree with him a lot. Jim like any person has opinions, that's perfectly fine. But I genuinely 100% believe that a part of him purposefully arouses vitriol to unironically elicit these reactions. I think most of us are very well aware that being the "hyperbolic asshole internet guy" is his whole schtick, yeah we get that it's all a satirical act. Now let me preface this by saying that I like a lot of Jim's videos, especially ones where he generally calls shit out like anti-consumer practises and whatnot.īut the thing is (and I don't expect everyone to agree with me on this). ![]() The reaction to ProJared's review is not even remotely comparable to Jim's infamous BotW 7/10. So I don't get why this was even worth bringing up. Quite frankly, if anyone can achieve that level of a response, then you've done a fantastic job. Honestly, right now over 91% of Jared's like/dislikes are positive. UC4 fanboys called the reviewer a "Feminazi" for giving Tomb Raider a higher score and not only tried to get her review pulled down, but also get the reviewer herself fired. Just look at IGN's Uncharted 4 review and you'll see that this isn't just a "Nintendo" problem. ![]() I don't understand the problem here, is that not literally the case with like 99% of all Youtube game reviews? Or really just the entertainment industry in general? You simply cannot please everyone. Most of his comments are suportive as Always, but 1/9 of the comments are just being angry at him because he gave a 8/10. Ok, this is a lot so please bare with me here. ![]() |
